MEALS: The two restaurant cars, the Maharaja and the Maharani, serve a range of Rajasthani, Indian, Continental and Chinese cuisine. Menus are changed seasonally.
CLIMATE: Varies from 8o C to 25o C between September to March and in April around 30o C.
CLOTHING RECOMMENDED: Light tropical / light woolens.

Note:-  Children between 5-12 years are charged 50% of adult rate.
  Children below 5 years are complimentary on full board without extra bed.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Booking Procedure
(1) we require prior intimation request for booking (prefer in writing)
(2) To hold booking on confirmed basis ,we reqire 20% advance deposit with Names of Passengers & Emergency contact Phone Number(with country & city code).
(3) Balance payment must reach us MINIMUM 30 days before departure date.

Mode of Payment
After booking is confirmed; Payment can be made under intimation
1. Online by Credit Card-MasterCard/Visa/American Express
2. Swift Money Transfer through your bank.
3. Or method suitable on mutual ends.


Cancellation Rules
1. Any amendments in tour dates are treated as cancellation requests.
2. The Palace On Wheels Maharaja Train tour bookings are Non-endorsable.
3. All disputes(if any) are subject to jurisdiction of New Delhi(India) courts only.
4. Action on cancellation will only be proceeded on receipt of written request.
5. The Management of Palace on Wheels reserves the right to curtail some local tours,without liability,for logistic reasons & without prior intimation.

Cancellation Charges
(1) 5% of ticket value if booking cancelled 60 days in advance
(2) 20% of ticket value if booking cancelled 30 days in advance
(3) 50% of ticket value if booking cancelled 15 days in advance
(4) 100% of ticket value if booking cancelled less than 15 days in advance
